Who can do the MBTI:
1. The family member who usually conducts the interviews, ie the mother or father
2. The Greek nanny who the family chose to hire, and will work, mainly, as a live-in nanny. A live-out nanny can also do the MBTI.
The family that will hire the staff will pay for both MBTI analyses. It would be very helpful if the nanny did the personality analysis since they will all live together in the family’s home. Her consent is a prerequisite.
Why should parents do the MBTI analysis?
Parents will be able to do better interviews, after learning and better understanding their own personality. For example, the mother will be able to decide on a candidate who is an introvert during the interview (and which she may have rejected right away), that she is suitable for the post, since she also has excellent recommendations. The opposite may also happen. An introvert mother doing an interview with an extrovert candidate may see different sides of her character and decide she is the ideal person for her children.
