Athens Home Services (AHS) is a premium domestic staffing agency based in Athens, Greece, serving an international clientele. We are looking for a Recruitment & Office Coordinator to join our team.
Your Role
You will support the day-to-day operations of a growing staffing agency, assisting with candidate coordination, client communication, documentation, and worker support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes: candidate screening, scheduling, documentation
- Communicate with candidates
- Prepare and organise employment files, permits, and compliance documents
- Assist with client correspondence and follow-ups
- Support general office administration and data entry
- Contribute to candidate onboarding and orientation
- Provide welfare support and guidance to placed workers, ensuring their well-being and smooth integration
Qualifications
- Native Tagalog/Filipino speaker (required)
- College degree holder, OR high school graduate with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in recruitment, HR, or office administration
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Greek is an advantage)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and online tools
- Experience in worker welfare, counseling, or case management is a strong advantage
- Currently residing in Greece with a valid Greek residence permit (mandatory)
Employment Terms
This position is available as:
- Full-time employment
- Part-time (fixed schedule)
- Fee-per-service / on-call basis
Employment type will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and mutual agreement.
Working arrangement (on-site at our Athens office or remote/hybrid) will be discussed during the interview process.
